From The Garden I Can See The Sea

From The Garden I Can See The Sea

From the garden I can see the sea

its everchanging moods and hues

Silvery crests announcing

power, awesome power that earth struggles to resist.

Captivating, drawing, as eye searches cross the deep to horizon ships sailing earth's curvature, crabber boat returns once more, shrieks heard as bathers meet breaking waves.

Eyes, fins, scales and tentacles inhabit another garden of hidden treasures and in the air   salty scent and a constant sound as waves meet the pebbled shore.

On a clear night the moon lays a glistening path across the waves to its door.

From the garden I can see the sea and it gives rise to praise
